Plain-language summary (the full text below controls): This Policy explains what you may not create, upload, or do on ArtsPlay, and how we moderate, enforce, and handle reports and appeals. The short version: no sexual or pornographic content of any kind; absolute zero tolerance for anything sexualizing minors; no intimate or deceptive imagery of real people without their consent; no hate, harassment, threats, fraud, or illegal use; and no attempts to trick the safety filters — an attempt counts as a violation even if it fails. We remove reported non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours, we report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and law enforcement, and accounts terminated for violating this Policy forfeit their unused credits. This Policy is part of the ArtsPlay Terms of Service, and violating it is a breach of those Terms.

1. Purpose, Scope & Relationship to the Terms

1.1 Who we are. This Content & Moderation Policy (this "Policy") governs the ArtsPlay service at https://artsplay.ai ("ArtsPlay," the "Service," "we," "us"), an AI creation hub offering AI image generation, AI video generation, motion control, outfit and appearance swap tools, image editing and enhancement, moodboards, and a personal library of generations, powered by 150+ third-party AI models accessed through a unified third-party gateway.

1.2 Part of the Terms. This Policy is incorporated into and forms a binding part of the ArtsPlay Terms of Service (available at https://artsplay.ai/terms). Any violation of this Policy is a material breach of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. This Policy is available at https://artsplay.ai/content-policy.

1.3 What this Policy covers. This Policy applies to every surface of the Service and everything you submit to or create with it: text prompts, uploaded reference images and videos, generation settings, generated media, moodboards, your personal library, account names and avatars, and communications with our support channels. It applies to all Users, whether or not content is ever shared beyond your account.

2. Definitions & Rules of Interpretation

2.1 Defined terms. "Inputs" means text prompts, uploaded reference images and videos, generation settings, and any other material you submit to the Service. "Outputs" means media generated by the Service at your direction. Inputs and Outputs together are "Content." A "User" (or "you") is any person using the Service. These terms have the same meanings as in the Terms of Service.

2.2 Inputs and Outputs alike; attempts count. These rules apply to Inputs as well as Outputs. Submitting a prohibited prompt or uploading a prohibited reference image or video violates this Policy even if no Output is generated, the model refuses, or the generation fails. Attempting, soliciting, or facilitating any violation is itself a violation — including jailbreaking, prompt injection, coded or obfuscated language, incremental "warm-up" prompting, and using editing or swap tools to transform permissible content into prohibited content.

2.3 Illustrative, not exhaustive. The examples in this Policy illustrate categories of prohibited content and conduct; they are not an exhaustive list. Content or conduct of the same character as, or presenting the same risks as, an enumerated category is prohibited even if not expressly listed. ArtsPlay determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, whether Content or conduct violates this Policy.

2.4 Third-party model pass-through. Generations pass through third-party AI models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Sora, Veo, Nano Banana, GPT Image, Wan, Hailuo). You must also comply with the applicable usage policies of those model providers — as identified within the Service or available from the respective providers; a violation of a provider's restriction that ArtsPlay has communicated to you is a violation of this Policy, and provider-policy violations are otherwise enforced under the categories of this Policy. A generation may be refused or altered by a provider's own safety systems independent of ArtsPlay; such refusals are not defects in the Service.

2.5 Payment-network basis. Several rules in this Policy — including the total prohibition on sexual content — exist in part to comply with card-network and payment-processor rules and the policies of the model providers the Service depends on. ArtsPlay may update this Policy as needed to maintain standing with those partners (see Section 22).

3. Child Safety — Absolute Zero Tolerance

3.1 Prohibition. ArtsPlay maintains absolute zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") and any sexualization of minors. You may not create, upload, request, prompt for, share, or attempt to obtain:

• (a) CSAM in any form;
• (b) any sexual, sexualized, suggestive, or eroticized depiction of a minor or of a character presented as a minor — including AI-generated, fictional, drawn, animated, cartoon, anime, stylized, or "artistic" depictions;
• (c) depictions of adults presented so as to resemble minors in a sexual context, "barely legal" or school-context sexualization, sexualization of childlike attributes, or minors "aged up" or relabeled to evade this rule — even where all persons are claimed to be adults;
• (d) content that grooms, sexually exploits, endangers, or facilitates the abuse or trafficking of minors;
• (e) any upload of a real minor's image or likeness to any feature of the Service — including motion control, outfit/appearance swap, editing, enhancement, and moodboards — regardless of any consent (including parental consent) and regardless of intended use (see also Section 7.2 of the Terms of Service);
• (f) depictions of minors in romantic, suggestive, or violent contexts.

In addition, photorealistic depictions of children are tightly restricted and may be blocked or removed at our discretion, even where no enumerated prohibition applies.

3.2 No exceptions. No artistic, fictional, comedic, educational, or "personal use" framing excuses content described in Section 3.1. A failed or refused generation does not excuse the attempt: the prompt itself is the violation.

3.3 Consequences and mandatory reporting. Violations of this Section 3 result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning or refund, with credits forfeited under Section 17.5. As required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, ArtsPlay reports apparent child sexual abuse material and apparent child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), preserves related content and records as required by law, and cooperates fully with law enforcement. Attempting to create such material through the Service — whether or not any Output is produced — may be reported.

4. Sexual Content & Nudity — Platform-Wide Prohibition

4.1 Total prohibition. Sexually explicit and pornographic content is prohibited on ArtsPlay in its entirety — in Inputs and Outputs, whether photorealistic, stylized, animated, or textual. This includes depictions of sexual acts, sexualized nudity, genital or sexual close-ups, fetish content of a sexual nature, and content whose dominant purpose is sexual arousal, regardless of the age, consent, fictional status, or artistic framing of the persons or characters depicted.

4.2 Nudity. Because ArtsPlay operates no age-verification apparatus and must comply with card-network rules, nudity — including claimed artistic or medical nudity — is prohibited except for incidental, non-sexualized, non-graphic depictions that a reasonable viewer would not consider intimate. When in doubt, we treat nudity as prohibited.

4.3 Absolute categories. The following are zero-tolerance under card-network rules regardless of legality or fictional framing: any sexual content involving minors (Section 3); bestiality; non-consensual sexual depictions, including simulated or "fantasy" non-consent; incest themes; and sexual violence.

4.4 No sexualization via tools ("nudify" ban). The outfit/appearance-swap, motion-control, and editing features may not be used to undress, sexualize, or increase the sexual character of any image of a real or realistic person.

4.5 No bypass. Attempting to obtain sexual content through filter evasion, euphemism, obfuscated spelling, iterative editing, or exploitation of any model's behavior is a violation under Section 2.2, whether or not the attempt succeeds.

5. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) & Sexual Deepfakes

5.1 Prohibition. You may not create, upload, request, or distribute intimate, nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive imagery of any real, identifiable person without that person's affirmative consent. This includes AI-generated or AI-modified "deepfakes" and "digital forgeries," "nudified" edits of clothed photographs, face-swaps onto intimate imagery, and use of motion control or outfit/appearance swap to place a real person in an intimate or sexualized depiction. Threatening to create or distribute such imagery is likewise prohibited.

5.2 Consent is not implied. Possession of a photograph, a prior relationship, or a person's public profile is not consent, and consent to create is not consent to publish. Because sexual content is prohibited platform-wide under Section 4, no form of consent makes sexual imagery of a real person permissible on ArtsPlay.

5.3 48-hour removal. Consistent with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, upon receiving a valid removal request from a depicted, identifiable individual (or their authorized representative), ArtsPlay will remove reported non-consensual intimate imagery — including AI-generated or digitally altered depictions — as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after the valid request, and will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove identical copies within the Service, including in libraries and moodboards. See Section 16.4 for the intake process.

5.4 Good-faith removal. ArtsPlay may remove reported intimate imagery in good faith without liability to the uploader, regardless of the ultimate determination on the report.

6. Likeness, Voice & Right of Publicity

6.1 Consent gate for real people. You may upload the likeness of a real, identifiable person — face, body, or voice, including as a reference for motion control or outfit/appearance swap — only with that person's prior written consent, or where the likeness is your own. The same consent requirement applies to generating a photorealistic depiction of a private individual. Purely generated depictions of public figures are governed by the satire and deception standard in Section 6.4 rather than this consent gate — but every other rule in this Policy (including Sections 5, 7, 8, and 9) still applies to them. You represent and warrant that you have obtained the required consent for every real person appearing in your Inputs, and you must produce evidence of consent upon ArtsPlay's request. This rule also governs uploads of images containing third parties (see Section 11.3).

6.2 Right of publicity. You may not make commercial use of any person's name, image, voice, or persona without authorization. State laws increasingly protect voice and likeness against AI simulation (including digital-replica and voice-protection statutes); you are responsible for complying with them. Where a feature yields voice or performance simulation, cloning a real person's voice requires that person's consent, and simulating recording artists' voices is prohibited.

6.3 Deceased individuals. Unauthorized digital replicas of deceased performers or public figures for expressive or commercial exploitation are prohibited where protected by law.

6.4 Public figures. Sexual, defamatory, deceptive, or endorsement-implying depictions of public figures are prohibited. Clearly labeled satire, parody, or commentary that a reasonable viewer would not mistake for an authentic depiction of reality may be permitted — but a satire label does not cure a depiction that remains deceptive or harmful, and depictions of real people in intimate, violent, criminal, or political contexts are held to a heightened standard: prohibited whenever deceptive or reasonably likely to cause reputational, physical, financial, or civic harm.

7. Impersonation, Deception & Election Integrity

7.1 Deceptive deepfakes. You may not create content that falsely depicts a real person saying or doing something they did not say or do, where the content is presented, or reasonably likely to be understood, as authentic; or attribute fabricated statements, endorsements, confessions, or acts to a real person. Parody and fiction must be evident or labeled.

7.2 Impersonation. You may not impersonate, or create content designed to impersonate, any individual, organization, brand, or government entity — including ArtsPlay itself — including through fabricated logos, badges, uniforms, credentials, or official-seeming communications, except as unmistakable parody.

7.3 Fraudulent documents. You may not create fraudulent or deceptive documents or instruments, including identification documents, passports, currency, certificates, insurance or medical records, fabricated invoices or receipts, or fake reviews and testimonials.

7.4 Elections and civic processes. You may not create or distribute materially deceptive imagery or video of political candidates, officials, or election processes intended to, or reasonably likely to, deceive viewers about authentic events or influence voting; misrepresent voting procedures, times, places, eligibility, or methods; or intimidate or discourage lawful voting. Many US states separately regulate election deepfakes; you must comply with them.

7.5 No misrepresentation of AI content. You may not present AI-generated or AI-modified Outputs as authentic captured photography or footage in contexts where authenticity materially matters — including news reporting, legal or evidentiary proceedings, insurance claims, scientific or medical records, and official documentation.

8. Violence, Extremism & Dangerous Content

8.1 Threats and incitement. No credible threats of violence against any person, group, or place; no content that incites, coordinates, celebrates, or provides operational instructions for acts of violence, or that glorifies real acts of mass violence or their perpetrators.

8.2 Terrorism and violent extremism. No content that promotes, praises, supports, recruits for, fundraises for, or produces propaganda or branding for terrorist or violent extremist organizations, and no depiction of real atrocities for glorification.

8.3 Weapons and CBRN. No content providing instructions, blueprints, or meaningful uplift for manufacturing weapons or explosives, or for chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear harm.

8.4 Graphic violence. Gratuitous gore, depictions of real victims of violence, and shock content are prohibited. Clearly fictional, stylized violence of the kind common in film, games, and art is generally permitted, subject to the other rules in this Policy and to upstream model providers' own limits.

9. Hate, Harassment & Self-Harm

9.1 Hate. No content that dehumanizes, degrades, promotes violence or discrimination against, or asserts the inferiority of people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious disease, immigration status, or veteran status — including glorification of hateful symbols, slurs, tropes, and denial or celebration of atrocities directed at such groups.

9.2 Harassment. No using the Service to harass, bully, stalk, threaten, shame, or degrade an identifiable person or group, including humiliating or abusive depictions of a private individual (sexual or not), or content produced as part of a coordinated harassment campaign.

9.3 Self-harm. No content that promotes, encourages, glorifies, romanticizes, or provides instructions for suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders, or that targets or coaches any person toward self-harm. If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988 in the US).

10. Illegal & Fraudulent Uses

10.1 General rule. You may not use the Service to plan, facilitate, promote, or commit any crime, or to violate any law or third-party right. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and your Outputs comply with all laws applicable to you.

10.2 Enumerated examples. Prohibited uses include, without limitation: drug synthesis or trafficking facilitation; human trafficking, smuggling, and commercial sexual exploitation; fraud, phishing, social-engineering, romance and investment scams, and other deceptive schemes; counterfeiting of currency, goods, labels, or packaging; creation or distribution of malware or assets supporting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; gambling fraud; and sale or facilitation of illegal weapons or other unlawful goods and services.

11. Privacy & Personal Data of Others

11.1 Doxxing. You may not publish, threaten to publish, or use the Service to assemble a person's private or identifying information — home address, phone number, financial details, government identifiers, medical data, private communications — without their consent.

11.2 Surveillance. You may not use the Service to generate, infer, reconstruct, or disseminate private information about real people, or to conduct surveillance, stalking, tracking, or facial-recognition-style identification of individuals without consent.

11.3 Third-party images. Uploads containing another person's image are governed by the consent rule in Section 6.1.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Rights in Inputs. You may upload only Content that you own or are licensed and lawfully permitted to use for that purpose, including reference images and videos used with motion control, outfit/appearance swap, and editing features. Uploading Content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights — including watermarked stock — is prohibited.

12.2 Targeted reproduction. You may not use prompts, reference uploads, or model selection deliberately to reproduce specific copyrighted works, or to generate trademarks, logos, trade dress, or brand identities for counterfeiting, passing-off, or falsely suggesting affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

12.3 Copyright complaints. Copyright notices must be sent to ArtsPlay's designated agent at dmca@artsplay.ai under the DMCA procedures in the Terms of Service. Repeat infringers are terminated in appropriate circumstances, and Policy enforcement feeds that repeat-infringer process. Trademark and right-of-publicity complaints go to support@artsplay.ai.

13. Platform Integrity & Technical Abuse

13.1 Safety-system circumvention. No jailbreaking, prompt-injection attacks, filter probing, or any effort to bypass or defeat safety filters, classifiers, or moderation systems operated by ArtsPlay or by upstream model providers (see Section 2.2).

13.2 Automated abuse. No scraping, botting, bulk account creation, credit farming, rate-limit or metering circumvention, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service or its gateway; no sharing, reselling, or automating accounts to evade limits; no spam, engagement manipulation, fake reviews, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

13.3 Ban evasion. Creating or using any account to evade a suspension, termination, or restriction is itself a violation. Evasion accounts may be terminated immediately without warning (Section 17.7).

14. AI Transparency, Provenance & Labeling

14.1 Preserve provenance. You may not remove, alter, obscure, or falsify watermarks, content credentials, provenance metadata, or AI-disclosure signals applied to Outputs by ArtsPlay or by any model provider, and you may not assist others in doing so. ArtsPlay preserves provenance signals passed through by model providers where technically feasible and does not intentionally remove them.

14.2 Disclose when it matters. You must disclose the AI origin of realistic Outputs wherever a reasonable viewer would otherwise believe the content authentic — news-style, real-person, or real-event content in particular. All generations within the Service, including your library and moodboards, are presumptively AI-generated synthetic media.

15. How Moderation Works

15.1 Layered, risk-based system. ArtsPlay moderates through complementary layers: (a) automated screening of prompts and uploads before processing, which may block, modify, or flag Inputs; (b) provider-level safety systems operated by the third-party models, which may independently refuse or alter requests (ArtsPlay does not control those determinations); (c) detection technologies for known CSAM, NCII, and other illegal material, including industry hash-matching where available to us directly or through our infrastructure and model providers; (d) risk-based human review, prioritized by severity with child-safety and NCII matters first; and (e) user reports under Section 16.

15.2 No duty to pre-screen. ArtsPlay does not, and is under no obligation to, pre-screen, monitor, or review all Content. The existence of moderation tools creates no duty to detect or remove any particular item, and no failure to detect or act waives our enforcement rights.

15.3 Discretion; no endorsement. ArtsPlay may remove, restrict, block, decline to process, or refuse to display any Input or Output at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion, consistent with this Policy, the Terms, applicable law, or the requirements of our payment processors, card networks, and model providers. The presence of content on the Service does not mean ArtsPlay has reviewed, approved, or endorsed it.

16. Reporting Violations

16.1 How to report. Anyone — account holder or not — may report suspected violations by emailing support@artsplay.ai. Copyright (DMCA) notices and counter-notices go exclusively to dmca@artsplay.ai (Section 12.3).

16.2 What to include. Helpful reports include: (a) the URL, generation ID, or other information sufficient to locate the content or account; (b) a description of the suspected violation; and (c) your contact information (optional for anonymous reports, but required for NCII removal requests under Section 16.4 and for DMCA notices). We may act on incomplete reports, but missing information may delay handling. Anonymous reports are accepted, though we cannot send status updates without contact information.

16.3 Priority queues. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, or NCII, are handled first, ahead of all other categories.

16.4 NCII intake — valid requests and the 48-hour clock. NCII removal requests under Section 5.3 should be sent to support@artsplay.ai and identified as NCII removal requests. Consistent with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, a valid NCII removal request must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the depicted individual (or a person authorized to act on their behalf, including a parent or guardian of a depicted minor); (b) identification of, and information reasonably sufficient for ArtsPlay to locate, the intimate visual depiction (for example, a URL or generation ID); (c) a brief statement of the requester's good-faith belief that the depiction is non-consensual (or, where the requester acts for the depicted individual, that the requester is authorized to act); and (d) contact information for the requester. The 48-hour removal period in Section 5.3 runs from receipt of a request containing these elements. If a request is incomplete, we will promptly tell the requester what is missing. Because a valid removal request requires a signature and contact information, NCII removal requests cannot be made anonymously — but anyone may still flag suspected NCII anonymously as an ordinary report under Section 16.1, which we will review and may act on at our discretion.

16.5 Child-safety reports. If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse material, report it immediately and do not download, save, share, or redistribute it — doing so may itself be a crime. ArtsPlay escalates such reports to NCMEC and law enforcement (Section 19.4).

16.6 Reporter protections. ArtsPlay does not retaliate against good-faith reporters and will not penalize an account solely because it was the subject of an unfounded report. Knowingly false, fraudulent, or abusive reports — including bad-faith mass reporting — may result in enforcement action. We may acknowledge receipt and share the general outcome, but we are not obligated to disclose specific action taken against another User.

17. Enforcement

17.1 Actions available. Depending on severity, frequency, context, prior history, risk of harm, and legal and compliance obligations, ArtsPlay may: issue a warning; remove or block content; refuse generations or withhold Outputs; restrict features, models, or rate limits; forfeit credits; suspend some or all account functions (including generation, uploads, and purchases); permanently terminate the account; and refer matters to law enforcement.

17.2 Enforcement ladder. For most violations, enforcement generally escalates: (a) warning (often with content removal); (b) temporary suspension; (c) permanent termination. This ladder is a general practice, not a commitment — ArtsPlay may begin at any step, skip steps, or apply multiple measures simultaneously.

17.3 Immediate permanent termination. The following result in immediate permanent termination on the first violation, without warning: (a) child sexual abuse or exploitation of any kind, including attempts (Section 3); (b) NCII, including creation, distribution, or threatened distribution (Section 5); (c) terrorism or violent extremism (Section 8.2); (d) credible threats of violence (Section 8.1); (e) the card-network absolute categories in Section 4.3; and (f) egregious fraud, including payment fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment credentials, or large-scale deceptive schemes.

17.4 Content removal. ArtsPlay may remove or disable violating content wherever it appears — personal library, moodboards, and any shared surface — without notice and without preserving your access to it.

17.5 Credit forfeiture; no refunds. If an account is permanently terminated for cause for violating this Policy or the Terms of Service, all unused credits — however acquired, including credits granted under any Starter, Pro, or Ultra subscription and any promotional credits — and any remaining subscription time are forfeited without refund, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. During a temporary suspension, credits and subscription time are frozen — inaccessible but not forfeited — and any applicable expiration is tolled until the suspension is lifted or converts to termination. For-cause termination does not relieve you of charges already incurred. In the event of any conflict between this Section and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

17.6 Extended measures. For serious or repeated violations, ArtsPlay may block associated devices, payment methods, email addresses, and other identifiers, and close related accounts under common control.

17.7 Ban evasion. Evasion accounts (Section 13.3) may be terminated immediately without warning; their credits and purchases are subject to Section 17.5.

17.8 Statement of reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we notify the affected User of the action taken and the Policy provision involved — except where prohibited by law, where the matter involves child-safety material or legal process, or where notice would compromise an investigation or security.

18. Appeals

18.1 Right to appeal. Except as provided in Section 18.5, a User subject to an enforcement action (content removal, suspension, or termination) may appeal it.

18.2 How and when. Email support@artsplay.ai within 14 days of the enforcement notice (or of becoming aware of the action, if no notice was received), identifying the account, the action appealed, and why you believe it was made in error, with any supporting evidence. Each action may be appealed once; duplicative or abusive appeals will not be reviewed and may themselves draw enforcement.

18.3 Human review; timeline. Every properly submitted appeal is reviewed by a human, who considers the original decision and any new information. We target a written decision within 10 business days; complex matters or high volumes may extend this, and we will notify you of significant delays where reasonably practicable. Appeal decisions are final.

18.4 Effect. Filing an appeal does not stay the action — content stays removed and accounts stay suspended or terminated while the appeal is pending. If an appeal is granted, ArtsPlay will restore the account and/or content where reasonably practicable and will restore credits forfeited in error.

18.5 Non-appealable. No appeal is available for (a) actions required by court order or binding legal process, or (b) removals and terminations arising from child-safety violations, including apparent CSAM.

19. Law Enforcement, NCMEC & Preservation

19.1 Legal process. ArtsPlay cooperates with law enforcement and complies with valid subpoenas, court orders, warrants, and other legal process properly issued under applicable US law, consistent with our Privacy Policy and laws such as the ECPA/SCA. We review each request for validity and scope and may object to or seek to narrow overbroad requests.

19.2 Emergency disclosure. Where we believe in good faith that there is an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury, we may disclose relevant information to law enforcement without legal process, to the extent permitted by law.

19.3 Preservation. For serious violations — child safety, NCII, credible threats, terrorism-related content, fraud — we may preserve the relevant content, account records, and metadata for a reasonable period, notwithstanding removal of the content or deletion of the account, for use in investigations and legal proceedings.

19.4 NCMEC. As described in Section 3.3, ArtsPlay reports apparent child sexual exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and preserves related data as required by law.

19.5 No notice where prohibited. We may be legally barred from notifying Users of certain legal process or reports and will not give notice where prohibited or where it would compromise an investigation or create risk of harm.

20. Moderation Records

20.1 Retention. ArtsPlay retains moderation and enforcement records — reports received, content hashes, enforcement decisions, appeal outcomes, and associated account and payment identifiers — as long as reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, ban enforcement, and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

20.2 Survival. These records may be retained after content is removed or an account is deleted or terminated, to the extent permitted or required by law. Their retention does not restore access to removed content or terminated accounts.

20.3 Confidentiality. Moderation records are internal and disclosed only as described in Section 19, as required by law, or as permitted under our Privacy Policy.

21. Global Users

ArtsPlay is a US-focused service operated from the United States. This Policy applies to all Users worldwide. Users outside the US are responsible for compliance with their local laws; the reporting channel (Section 16), statement-of-reasons practice (Section 17.8), and appeal process (Section 18) are available to all Users, and support@artsplay.ai serves as the single point of contact for Users and authorities alike.

22. Changes to This Policy

22.1 Updates. ArtsPlay may update this Policy from time to time — including to reflect changes in law, card-network, processor, and model-provider requirements, new features, and evolving abuse patterns — and will revise the Effective date above when we do.

22.2 Notice. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice by email to your registered address, by notice on https://artsplay.ai, or both. Continued use of the Service after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance.

22.3 Version control. The version posted at https://artsplay.ai/content-policy at the time of the relevant conduct governs that conduct.
